Leading with Emotional Intelligence and The Power of Purpose: Aligning with What Truly Matters invite participants to lead with greater awareness, empathy, and integrity.

This block connects personal and organizational purpose with daily action, strengthening motivation, resilience, and long-term engagement.

Behavior & Communication

Breaking the Cycle: From Habit to Conscious Action and Listen to Connect: Conscious Listening and Communication focus on observing automatic habits and transforming them into more conscious, intentional actions.

Mindfulness @Work Program

(Enhancing well-being and performance)

A practical and accessible program designed to introduce mindfulness in the workplace and support teams in developing sustainable habits for focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

The program combines foundational learning with guided daily practice, allowing participants to integrate mindfulness into their routines and experience the cumulative impact of consistency over time.

How the Program is Delivered

Introductory workshop (2 hours)

An experiential introduction to mindfulness in the workplace, exploring stress awareness, breathwork, present-moment focus, and emotional self-regulation.

Guided daily practice (4 weeks)

(30 minutes, Monday to Friday)

Each session includes:

– mindful breathing and grounding
– brief guided meditation
– practical tools for mindful work
– reflection and shared intention
